You can request the permanent deletion of your Lavender account and associated reading data by reaching out to our support team.
- Please send your request directly from the Google email address you use to sign in. We may need to verify your account ownership before taking action. We will never ask for your passwords, payment card details, birth data, or palm images.
- State clearly whether you would like to delete your entire account or specific stored readings. Our support team can clarify how existing billing and order records are handled in accordance with legal obligations.
Simply viewing this page or opening an email draft does not delete your account. You must send the email to support@yourloveline.com to begin the process.
