Using the app
You can perform local astronomical calculations and view prewritten educational examples without signing in with Google. Any dates provided during this guest trial are processed solely on your device within transient screen memory; they are not sent to our servers, logged, or retained in persistent browser storage. Google authentication is required exclusively to enable live interactive AI conversations, detailed readings, and saved journal records. When you sign in with Google, we process your account identifier, email address, and profile name to authenticate your session and associate your saved journal and interactions with your account. Explicit chart continuation can transmit the birth date to the next screen and temporarily store the login destination on this device for the Google redirect, then save the date to your account after sign-in.
Lavender is powered by AI. What you submit for a reading or conversation is processed to prepare a response. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details or information you do not want to share. A receipt email is requested if you choose to buy Petals through the payment provider. We keep the receipt email, order reference, payment status and Petal credit in a private account record to deliver purchases, show your transaction history and resolve payment questions. This receipt email may differ from the email used to sign in; Petals belong to the app account that made the purchase.
When you submit an in-app report on a chat reply or reading, the selected output, your chosen reason, and any optional note (up to 1,000 characters) are stored privately in our application database for review by our team without triggering additional AI calls or deleting your conversation.
Your account and readings
Browser session information is used to keep you signed in to your account. Clearing your local browser cookies or site storage ends your active session on that device, but it does not remove your account or saved entries stored on our servers. Using the Clear conversation action within the interface erases only the current active conversation's turns on the server. Archived conversations, saved readings, and your account remain unaffected and require separate deletion steps. Your private readings and notes remain restricted to your account and are never posted to a public feed. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated records, submit a deletion request to support@yourloveline.com.
You may save a birth date, birth time, birth city and dominant hand for reading context. These details are optional. You can edit or clear them in Your account. Palm photographs are sent to our AI provider, Google, to prepare the reading; the app stores the resulting text, not the original photograph. Photos, birth details and journal text are not sent to website analytics. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
