We send page addresses without query parameters and do not send conversations or palm photographs to these website analytics tools.

Using the app

The app uses a browser or device session to keep your readings and conversation available when you return. You do not need to give an email to try a free reading. Clearing browser data can remove access to that session. Chat has a “Clear conversation” control.

Lavender is powered by AI. What you submit for a reading or conversation is processed to prepare a response. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details or information you do not want to share. A receipt email is requested if you choose to buy Petals through the payment provider.

Your account and readings

If you choose Google sign-in, we use your account identifier, email and profile name to let you return to your journal. Connecting a new account to your guest session keeps the same journal and Petals. Your readings are private to your account and are not published in a community feed.

You may save a birth date, birth time, birth city and dominant hand for reading context. These details are optional. You can edit or clear them in Your account. Palm photographs are sent to our AI provider, Google, to prepare the reading; the app stores the resulting text, not the original photograph. Photos, birth details and journal text are not sent to website analytics. Contact support for access or deletion requests.
